GO INTO FULLSCREEN FOR BETTER VIEWING. ALSO BE SURE TO STAND WITH YOUR UPPER TORSO AND ARMS AND HEAD SHOWING. LEGS ARE NOT AS IMPORTANT BUT YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR HANDS UP SOMETIMES. GETTING THE WEBCAM TO FOCUS ON YOUR UPPER BODY IS IMPORTANT.

POSE- match the pose shown on the screen with your real life pose.

LEFT , RIGHT, DOWN, UP. - means move your body that direction, if you move all the way to the left thats enough if it says LEFT. 

HANDS LEFT , HANDS RIGHT, HANDS UP, HANDS DOWN. means to continually move your hands in that direction, HANDS LEFT means to move your hands left over and over your body can stay in the middle of the screen but you keep moving your hands from the middle to the left very fast.

SPIN - means to spin , any direction will count but do a full 360 spin.

MOVE YOUR BODY / ENERGY METER - just moving any amount is enough in anyway, its simply a way to get people to move around.
